The Division works closely with the Bingham Child Guidance Center to deal with kid's psychiatric needs and the Straight Talk program of the Trauma Department at the University of Louisville. Founded by Dr. Franklin and managed by Theresa Baker, full day classes are offered four times a year to kids that have been involved in fire setting behavior.
